For more than three decades, I've built, owned and led businesses. I've known the ambition and excitement, carried the risk and responsibility, and faced drops no one would choose. When the route ahead was far from clear, I still had to decide what came next.

I've carried difficult decisions myself, so I understand their weight. But I'm not standing where you are — and that matters. I won't simply agree with you. I'll help you test your instincts, see what may have been missed and name the elephant in the room others may be avoiding. Then we'll work out what comes next, together.
